Irrigation

Sprinklers set around the concrete, not through it

The sleeves go in before flatwork, the system after the grade, and the controller is programmed before the sod is watered in.

  1. 01

    Sleeves before flatwork

Pipe under the driveway and walks so nobody cuts a finished slab later.

  2. 02

    Zones from the plat

Lawn, beds and trees on their own zones, laid out to the lot's real shape.

  3. 03

    Heads, valves and backflow

A backflow device and a rain and freeze sensor on each system.

  4. 04

    Controller and handoff

A programmed controller, a zone map for the file, and a short sheet for the homeowner.
