What we collect

When you send a lot list we collect your name, company, phone, email, the community and lot count, and any note you add. We use it to reply, to walk the section and to write the bid.

What we don't do

We don't sell your details. We share them only with the people who work on your bid, and with the vendors that run this site, such as the form and hosting services.

Photos and texts

A text with a photo goes through your own phone and carrier to our office number. We keep it with the lot's file.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We will reply within a reasonable time.
